A letter from Virgin Trains concerning peak-time loadings

In my blog post of 12 March I posted a letter I had written to Virgin Trains to enquire if they would be prepared to release information in relation to the West Coast Main Line peak loadings. I have now received a reply and I have enclosed a copy below. As you will see Mr Collins currently does not feel it is possible for Virgin to disclose the figures.
