Letters Concerning Aylesbury Youth Offenders Institute

I wrote to Crispin Blunt, the Prisons Minister, concerning Aylesbury Youth Offenders Institute after a report was published following a follow up inspection of the institute. I have now received a reply from Mr Blunt and have enclosed a copy of my letter and his reply below.
